Sick leave management

Falck can assist the line management and/or the person on sick leave with:

  1. Sick leave conversations/interviews
  2. Facilitating arrangements that may allow the employee to remain in work, or a faster return to work
  3. Functional assessment of work ability/capacity
  4. Dialogue meetings with relevant parties (eg NAV, GP)
  5. Assessment of work capacity considering the employee's condition
  6. Line management training related to follow-up of sick leave
