Work life coaching

Employees may be offered up to 6 consultations with a work life coach. The employee's need for support is agreed with the line manager/ group leader/ HR manager or safety representatives, and should be linked to work-related challenges and changes.

Purpose and booking

The goal is to offer help before a condition develops into a disease or sick leave. The coach can help identify problems and needs, raise awareness around decisions, learning techniques and tools. Coaching is not psychological treatment.

The work life coaching should be completed within 3 months, with a 12-month rolling period before a new agreement may be ordered. The line manager, safety representative or HR in the business area places the order.
